Dear friends,
"De Boni Arte / The Art of Goodness" Charitable Foundation welcomes you to the webpage of the "Soli Deo Gloria" Festival. Since one of the mail goals of the Foundation is supporting young musicians for the third time already we're proud to organize and host a unique event in the musical life of Russia. First two Festivals consisted of young organists competitions where young artists could present their interpretaion of sacred organ music masterpieces as well as experience the mastery of great organists - members of the Jury. Laureates of the competition were awarded with recitals on the best organs of Russia and Europe. In the year 2009 the project has grown into a two stage Festival with organists competition preceded by competition of young composers trying their hand in composing sacred music for organ and choir. And then the best works of this competition will be performed by the participants of the organists competition.
We hope that this Festival will contribute to the growth and formation of young musicians - the future of the world's culture, and will evolve new talented authors and interpreters.
